The photos published by onTap exclusively are licensed under Creative Common Zero license. These will be labeled onTap which means you can copy, modify, distribute and use the photos for free, including commercial purposes, without asking permission from or providing attribution to the photographer or onTap.

onTap will also publish images from other sources on the web, in which case a link to the source will be included and you should refer to the license agreement for that source for terms of use and full copyright details as attribution may be required.
