Changes to free Tap sites

As of June 1st 2017 free Tap sites will only last for 30 days but don’t worry – for existing users we will be keeping our early promise to you by giving you the option to save your current free Tap sites and continue business as usual. You should have recently received an email if this applies to you.

We want to make sure we are giving the best service to the people that use Tap and believe that a 30 day trial period of the service will give you enough time to to build your website and test how fast, secure and reliable Tap’s Managed WordPress hosting is before you upgrade a site. Trust us, this bold decision came after a lot of thought but we’re confident it’s the best move for Tap.

The past 2 years running Tap has taught us a lot about the kind of service our users value and this change to our offering will ensure Tap is delivering exactly what you expect and deserve from a reliable, low cost and easy to use WordPress hosting service.

We have lots planned for the next few months and are looking forward to sharing an exciting new version of Tap with you all very soon.

Thanks for your continued support, we’re looking forward to seeing more and more amazing websites served to the world by Tap.

Hey, I love Tap hosting a lot, but please clarify if old Tap Free Websites will continue to live free over the 30 day period… It has somewhat dishearten me thinking old Tap Free users too get only 30 day period? Because I asking this as I run my website on Tap for non-profit creativity sharing website. I do not sell anything or use any ads to earn or any other means to earn in any way. I provide all my literary content free to read to my members and now I cannot ask them to pay. Please clarify me if “Old users of Tap free websites” will continue “as is” irrespective of these changes. (p.s. I’m willing to post Tap hosting ads on my website and personally promote Tap Hosting to my website members, if it is allowed in return to keep my website free…?.) Thank you so much!
