Our Selection of WordPress Themes for March (A bit late)
It’s the 5th of April already, where is the time going?
March flew past so fast that we nearly forgot to choose our favourite WordPress themes! So we’re going to dive straight into the action with this fantastic beauty… (the theme, of course!).
Best Portfolio / Agency: Oslo
This clean Portfolio theme is probably my favourite WordPress theme of the year so far. The choice of large imagery and sleek layout provides the perfect platform for any creative looking to showcase a striking portfolio. Oslo also provides the ability for the user to customise pretty much anything, including the styling.
Best Magazine: Wren
The best magazine theme of March goes to Wren by ThemeStockyard. This modern and stylish theme is a ideal for anyone ready to show of their latest news, recipes or to use as a media journal. Its range of layouts doesn’t restrict the theme either giving you complete flexibility and diversity.
Best Blog: Payper
The Payper theme created by Playnethemes is a great theme for anyone that wants to show off their writing skills in a visually appealing way. The clean & minimal design makes Payper is a competitor for my favourite theme of the year so far, and the use of contemporary fonts and layout makes this theme tower high above many others for me.
Best Corporate: Tulip
This corporate theme is a great choice for any business looking to give its online identity a facelift, the simple but effective theme has everything covered. Tulip’s user friendly design, cross-compatible development and translation-ready site provides a great opportunity for any large, or even up coming, businesses to turn a few heads across the digital landscape.
Personal Favourite: Blossom
If you’ve read my previous articles you may have come to know that I’m a sucker for minimalist web design, the simple design and friendly interactive elements make me go all tingly inside as a designer. Blossom created by Premium Layers fits straight into that category and this is why it is my Personal Favourite theme of the month.
